There are still a million reasons to believe... The future of America and election day!

I don't care who  you vote for.  But I encourage you to go out and vote tomorrow.  This video by Shawna Edwards is beautiful.  It talks about the future of our country to our children and was written from their point of view.

I love the optimism it has for THEIR future.  I love the listening and hoping that their future is all we hope it to be.
Here are the words:

We Are America
We are standing at the crossroads / Not a lot that we can do
But we know our future hangs on a choice / And it all depends on you.
Will you be the hand that lifts us? / Will you listen to your heart?
Will you be the voice of reason and truth? / Will you remember who we are?
We are America / The home of the free
Where there are still a million reasons to believe.
We are America / So come take my hand
Together we'll build a bridge of hope
And united we will stand.
Will you stop the war of words now? / Will you come together soon?
We're not black or white or red states or blue
We're Americans and so are you.
Think about the land you'll leave us / And the debt that we might face
And the jobs we hope will be there some day / And the families we will raise.
We are America / The home of the free
Where there are still a million reasons to believe.
We are America / So come take my hand
Together we'll build a bridge of hope
And united we will stand.

So happy election day, enjoy this beautiful video by children! And remember, there are still a "million reasons to believe".

I agree that we have the ability to create a future for us and our kids. We are America, and our freedoms is what makes us stand apart from the rest of the world.

I have NEVER voted in my life, but I am honestly contemplating voting tomorrow for the first time.

Also, you have no way for me to contact you or connect with you on your blog?? Facebook, Twitter buttons, Pinterest..or even an email address. I'd love to get to know the wonderful blogger behind your writing. :)
